Saleples is a Marketplace
Saleples operates as an intermediary marketplace platform. This means we connect buyers with independent partner sellers.
The products displayed on the site are owned, stored, and the responsibility of the sellers who list them.
Saleples assists with customer support and payment security, but technical quality, warranties, and the issuance of tax invoices are the responsibility of the partner seller.
Registration and Eligibility
To shop on Saleples, you must be at least 18 years old or legally emancipated.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information during registration (such as Name, CPF/Tax ID, and Address).
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password.
Purchasing, Pricing, and Inventory Policy
Product prices and availability are subject to change by sellers without prior notice.
In rare cases of gross system error (e.g., a product costing R$ 1,000 being listed for R$ 10), Saleples reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer.
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation (via Pix or credit card approval).
Intellectual Property
All site content (text, logos, graphics, images, code, and design) is the property of Saleples or its partners and is protected by copyright laws. Copying, reproduction, or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited. User Responsibility
By using our website, you agree NOT to:
Use false identities or third-party cards without authorization.
Post fake, offensive, defamatory, or illegal reviews regarding products.
Attempt to bypass the platform’s security systems.
Limitation of Liability
Saleples is not liable for external technical failures—such as power outages, issues with the user’s internet connection, or system instabilities affecting the postal service and carriers—though we will do our best to mediate and resolve any logistical issues.
Changes to the Terms of Use
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district where Saleples is headquartered are designated to resolve any legal disputes.
