Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the product (in accordance with Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code – CDC).
The product must be in its original packaging, show no signs of use, and be accompanied by the invoice and all accessories.
⚠️ 2. Defective or Damaged Products
If the product has a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, the deadline to request an exchange or return is 90 days for durable goods and 30 days for non-durable goods.

Customers must initiate the process by sending an email to contato@saleples.com or by accessing the “My Orders” tab on our website.
We will immediately forward the request to the seller responsible for the product.
The seller will provide a free return shipping code for the customer to send the product back via the postal service or a carrier.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (Pix or Credit Card).
Pix: The refund will be credited to the buyer’s bank account within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.
